Bosch Mobility Aftermarket unveiled new products and expanded several parts and diagnostic categories at AAPEX saying its aftermarket expansion comes as independent repair shops face increasingly complex vehicle systems across internal combustion, hybrid and electric powertrains.
“At Bosch, we understand that helping repair professionals succeed takes more than individual products. It requires the right combination of technology, parts, training and ongoing support,” said Rolf Schillinger, vice-president of marketing at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket North America. “At AAPEX and SEMA, we’ll demonstrate how Bosch is bringing these capabilities together to help shops address today’s repair challenges while preparing for the vehicles and technologies of tomorrow.”
Among the additions, Bosch showcased its Blue Brake Rotors and announced a new product category.
The company has also added 416 part numbers to its filtration portfolio in 2026 and plans another 20 for 2027. The additions provide coverage for 108 new Asian, 121 domestic and 221 European vehicle models.
Bosch is planning significant growth in its rotating machines portfolio, which currently includes approximately 1,800 new and remanufactured part numbers. More than 1,000 additional part numbers are scheduled for release by the end of 2026, with the company targeting 90 per cent coverage.
Its air-conditioning portfolio is also expanding, with compressor SKUs expected to increase from 239 to 786 by 2027. Bosch said the expansion is expected to provide 90 per cent vehicle-in-operation coverage.
On the diagnostics side, Bosch showcased its ADS 10X Plus Scan Tool and Remote Diagnostic Service, along with its new ESI[truck] Heavy Duty Diagnostic Scan Tool.
Bosch-owned OTC Tools introduced CorePull, a new line of automotive and industrial pullers ranging from one to 13 tons, as well as Detour, a flexible extension designed to reach difficult-to-access fasteners.
Robinair also showcased its new Next Generation Premium ACS machine, which Bosch said can help technicians complete air-conditioning service up to 34 per cent faster.
Bosch will also name the 2026 winner of its Workshop Partner Shop of the Year program during the SEMA Show on Nov. 4.
