Bob Greenwood to Host Business Management Development Course

From April 7th to the 9th Bob Greenwood will be hosting a 3-day business management development course at the Red Deer Lodge in Red Deer, Alberta. The course consists of three 8-hour sessions in which shop owners and managers will get to engage in the topics covered. Students will also be fully supported by the Greenwood during the course period and for one full year after the course has been completed. The event is sponsored by AC Delco Canada and Automotive Parts Distributors

Topics to be discussed at the course include customer relations, financial statements and analysis, inventory management, supplier guidelines, labour profitability, and many others.

Students also receive full access to the Automotive Aftermarket E-Learning Centre (www.aaec.ca) for one full year after completing the course. There is no business management training course available in Canada today that has this much shop management depth and support to it.
