Norcross, GA – AkzoNobel Car Refinishes Americas has had training approved for I-CAR points through the I-CAR Industry Training Alliance on five courses related to its Process Centered Environments (PCE) program.
An innovation in shop operational efficiency, PCE was formally introduced in 2009. The launch of the learning tools used in the program followed an extensive in-shop development cycle The program consists of a unique set of business management tools designed to go beyond generic Lean theories that many are attempting to force fit into the specific requirements of a collision repair center environment.
