AIA Canada’s Annual AGM to be held April 30 in Toronto

The Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Automotive Industries Association (AIA) of Canada will be held on April 30th at 12:30pm at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites in Toronto, ON.
All AIA Canada members are encouraged to attend in person; however, this year’s AGM will be webcast for those members who are not able to travel to Toronto. The live coverage of the AGM will also be rebroadcasted on AIA’s website and will be available for several weeks following the meeting. Details for participation in the webcast will be available soon.
To ensure all eligible members have an opportunity to participate in the approval process, all documents to be presented at the meeting will be posted on the AIA website before April 11th. If you are not able to attend the meeting, we ask that you please complete the Proxy Form, assigning your vote to a specific individual. You may complete the form online or download the form and return it to AIA before April 25th.
In addition to the AGM, all members are invited to attend the AIA Volunteer Recognition Luncheon and to honour this year’s recipients of the AIA Distinguished Service Award and the YES Young Leader of the Year Award.
