ACDelco launches ‘re-energized’ members program

ACDelco has changed the name of its popular Total Service Support (TSS) program, and is upgrading the rewards program and adding new benefits to support program members.
The new Professional Service Centre (PSC) program features a new Visa Reward card, which allows members to earn reward dollars each month through qualified purchases.
Members will also receive a discount on the Identifix "Direct Hit" online service, a benefit intended to help members with difficult vehicle drivability problems and other diagnostic issues.
PSC members will continue to receive discounts for access to ACDelco’s live Technical Assistance Centre.
“The ACDelco PSC Program has a long list of valuable benefits which are some of the best tools available to repair facilities in the industry to help make them successful,” states a press release from the company.
According to the release, the name change “better reflects the positive and professional nature of our key independent repair facility members.”
ACDelco also offers the companion ACDelco Automotive Care Experts (ACE) Program as another loyalty program option for Canadian independent service centres.
