Wakefield launches e-commerce platform

Wakefield Canada announced the launch of Wakefield eShop, a next-generation e-commerce platform now integrated into WakefieldConnect.ca.

Purpose-built for automotive and heavy-duty jobbers and operators, Wakefield eShop provides 24/7 access to premium products, real-time data, and intelligent tools, enabling the industry to manage product sourcing and operations more effectively. Based in Toronto, Wakefield manufactures and distributes lubricants and automotive products under brands like Castrol and Super Clean.

The platform uses a suite of features designed to streamline purchasing and inventory management. Smart personalization uses AI-driven recommendations to match each operator’s purchasing habits, while the instant reorder functionality allows users to quickly replicate previous orders or adjust quantities. Exclusive digital offers provide access to promotions available only through the WakefieldConnect platform and a streamlined checkout process enables one-step ordering for maximum efficiency.

Users also benefit from immediate access to critical product data that gives them safety and product data sheets and live inventory monitoring through Think Tank integration, which allows real-time tracking of bulk volumes.

Beyond eShop, WakefieldConnect delivers a fully integrated digital ecosystem that includes bulk tank monitoring, oil usage analytics, a comprehensive product catalogue and operator-only programs. These tools are designed to reduce downtime, improve accuracy and maximize profitability across operations.

“With eShop, we’re putting the power of WakefieldConnect directly into our customers’ hands,” said Hasan Zobairi, vice president of marketing at Wakefield Canada. “From managing inventory to purchasing, it’s a smarter, faster, and more informed way to run operations.”

Operators can get started by setting up an account at WakefieldConnect.ca or contacting Wakefield’s Customer Care team at 1-800-268-5339 for support.
