Tire & Wheel Canada “Tall Pines” Winners

SSGM sister publication Tire & Wheel Canada awarded $1000 and $250 prizes at the Rally of the Tall Pines in Bancroft, Ontario on November 25th. The Tire & Wheel Canada Challenge was awarded for finishing order in each class through the five spectator stages of the National event, giving all classes a shot at the cash. Overall event winners Tom McGeer and codriver Mark Williams (Subaru Impreza WRX) took the $1000 first prize, with the runner up $250 award going to Jouni Pohjolainen and codriver John Matikainen, who finished an amazing sixth overall in a normally aspirated front-wheel-drive Nissan 2000 NX. 22 of the 44 starters finished the event.
