ShopPros to offer service advisor training course

ShopPros will offer its AdvisorPro 16 Service Advisor Training course.

The live virtual training event launches in November.

ShopPros says implementation of the key lessons in the program is guaranteed to increase sales and generate happier customers with a focus on long-term behaviour changes.

The weekly online training program will feature interaction and role play between advisors across North America. All the sessions, set for Nov. 27, Dec. 4, Dec. 11, and Dec. 18, are unique.
