Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) has announced the launch of Club Toyota – a simple way for Toyota customers to access
information for their vehicles online. From a personal, password-protected homepage on the www.toyota.ca website, owners can now see information on their vehicles that includes:
– Toyota Financial Services lease and loan account information
– Extended Care Policy coverage
– Warranty coverage
– Service history
– Outstanding campaigns
– Recommended maintenance menu
Owners are also given the ability to respond electronically to surveys, request service appointments and update their contact information online. New vehicle buyers will receive a user identification number and password in the mail after they take possession of their Toyota car or truck. Current owners can register on the Toyota website by clicking on the Club Toyota link,
if their vehicle is from the 1996 model year or later. “Our objective was to design an innovative web site to enhance the ownership experience for Toyota customers,” said Tony Wearing, Managing Director of TCI. “Club Toyota offers members a user-friendly, informative yet secure way to get the information they need at their convenience.”
