Total expands its roster


Total announced that they have added 13 new employees since the beginning of the year. They complement the existing staff and are part of the company’s Canadian operations, Total said in a press release.

Of the new employees, four regional sales directors were appointed:

  • Ross Munro for the provinces of the Atlantic
  • Benoit Larivière for the province of Quebec
  • Qaiser Qureshi for the provinces of Ontario and Manitoba
  • Fréderic Porlier for Western Canada (Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories).

They will be complemented by four key account managers who will be responsible for following-up on international agreements as well as developing new Canadian partnerships:

  • Gregory Perez, passenger cars
  • Jack Fasoli, heavy duty (transport, off-road and agriculture)
  • Mark Gentile, industrial
  • Pierre Barras, process oils, special fluids and additives

And to further optimize its distribution strategy, Total announced it has opened a warehouse in Calgary where the group has a presence in exploration and production activities.

“This organization is designed to strengthen our objective to provide excellent service and to answer our customers efficiently and effectively, and is also part of our growth strategy in Canada” said Franck Bagouet, president and managing director of Total Canada Inc.
