R.O Writer’s national sales director, Thomas Kane
R.O. Writer, a provider of smart software solutions for automotive repair and tire shops, is pleased to welcome Tom Kane as its national sales director.
With nearly 24 years of experience in the industry, Tom has a solid history of increasing profitability by driving sales and managing teams and processes that have led to much operational success.

Prior to joining R.O. Writer, Tom served as the Regional Business Manager for CCC Information Services where he oversaw sales for the southwestern region of the United States. Before joining CCC Information Services, he managed business development for the western region of PPG Automotive Refinish and served as a National Account Manager for Audatex, formerly ADP.
In other news, the company recently launched R.O. Touch, its mobile shop management application designed with the busy shop manager in mind. It complements R.O. Writer’s capabilities with mobile-specific management features for wireless devices and is the only mobile application that will read and write directly to R.O. Writer.
