Sprayway joins Highline Warren portfolio

Highline Warren announced it has acquired the Sprayway brand from PLZ Corp.

The move, it said, adds a long-standing, professional-grade cleaning line to its portfolio and targets growth across retail, e-commerce and business-to-business channels.

Sprayway is known for its foaming glass cleaner, first introduced in 1947. The brand’s portfolio has expanded to liquid formats, wipes, household surface care, auto appearance and industrial solutions. Highline Warren said Sprayway ranks as the number two brand in U.S. glass by unit share, with the category’s top sales velocity.

“Sprayway is a well‑regarded, growing brand with loyal consumers and retail partners,” said Darcy Curran, Highline Warren CEO. “We’re thrilled to welcome Sprayway into our expanding portfolio of maintenance consumables. We look forward to enhancing Sprayway’s accessibility through our nationwide distribution network and industry‑leading 98.5% fill rate, while also introducing new product lines. Our strong retail relationships and supply chain expertise will allow us to continue to drive increased distribution, delivering seamless solutions for customers.”

Fenton Challgren, CEO of PLZ Corp, highlighted the brand’s growth to be a recognized name in the cleaning segment.

Highline Warren says its brand management track record positions it to elevate Sprayway’s presence and support expansion into adjacent categories. The company expects the acquisition to leverage its national footprint, deepen customer engagement and broaden Sprayway’s reach across diverse retail and distribution channels.
