Wanted to give a “huge” shout out to Ryan Scott, a Snap-on sales rep. My husband Rick passed away on June 2, 2020. Rick had been employed by Trans Tank Ltd. located at Bayside, Ont. (Belleville area). Upon learning of my husband’s passing, Ryan Scott with grace and dignity picked up and delivered my husband’s Snap-on tool chest loaded with all of Rick’s tools and delivered it to our home.
We are beyond grateful to Ryan and wanted the powers that be to know how appreciative we are to Ryan for this kind gesture. My husband was a heavy duty truck mechanic for 40 plus years in the Belleville, Ont. area. Thanks again Ryan!
Sincerely, Karen, Ryan and Renee McCaffery

I have a snap on tool pressure washer that needs a new wand. I have not been able to contact anyone in Canada or the US to get a replacement part. The customer service for this company is deplorable.

My Dad said (many years ago) cheap tools will leave you stranded, the right tools will cost you more but, you will get the job done sooner, and still have the tools.

I have to get the receipt out to know the exact date, we purchased a garage creeper about 2 years ago, after about 6 months the creeper broke, we informed the salesman and were informed we would get a replacement, as of this date I am typing this ” Have Your Say” we have not received the replacement. The salesman is Gary Stone from the Hamilton/Niagara Ontario Canada area, can I get informed what my next step needs to be to either get a replacement creeper or our money back. I will also be contacting by phone.
