Quorum Announces Participation in General Motors’ Dealer Technical Assistance Program (DTAP)

Quorum Information Technologies Inc. has  announced  that it is participating in General Motors (GM) new Dealer Technology Assistance Program (DTAP). Both parties have signed the necessary contracts and agreements for Quorum to be a part of the new program. DTAP is a comprehensive program that includes certification of certain vendors and systems for use by GM dealers. GM’s DTAP replaces the previous GM IDMS (Integrated Dealer Management System) program, which is being retired.

As a former GM IDMS provider, Quorum’s XSellerator has met all the GM requirements to be a certified Dealership Management System (DMS) product under DTAP. “We are excited to continue our ongoing relationship with General Motors. As the original provider selected to be certified by GM under the IDMS program in 2006, participating in DTAP solidifies our relationship with General Motors and recommits to our dealers and prospects our dedication to developing and streamlining General Motors integration through our XSellerator dealership management system,” stated Maury Marks, president and chief executive officer of Quorum.

Quorum’s XSellerator is a comprehensive windows-based customer relationship management (CRM) and dealership management system available to automobile dealerships in North America that integrates, automates and streamlines dealerships’ Sales, Service, Parts, Accounting and CRM processes.
