Snap-on has increased the optional European coverage available for Software Upgrade 16.2.
The latest release includes all new Alfa Romeo coverage as well as new and enhanced coverage back to 1997 for Audi, BMW, FIAT, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Porsche, Smart Car, Volkswagen and Volvo.
“With Snap-on reliability, support and true OEM-specific coverage, the European coverage available in our software gives technicians the assurance that they can handle any job that pulls into their bay,” said Mark Schaefer, director of marketing, Snap-on Diagnostics.
The top features in Software Upgrade 16.2 optional European coverage include, but are not limited to:
- Volvo Suspension, Park Assist and Tailgate
- Jaguar TPMS, Sunroof and Headlamp Module
- Mercedes TPMS and Pneumatic Lock
- Land Rover TPMS
- 2015 Model Year Update for Audi, FIAT, Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Volkswagen
The new software provides access to 105,440 additional codes, tests, tips and data for vehicles as far back as 1997, as well as new 2015 domestic and Asian coverage for Acura, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lincoln, Mitsubishi and Ram. The exclusive Fast-Track Troubleshooter coverage goes all the way back to 1980 with 17,490 new tips and timesavers. The upgrade also includes 27,650 Guided Component Tests.
SureTrack for eligible platforms is also available at no additional charge.
