New Technology Converts Sports Cars Into Snow Plows

Nordic Auto Plow, LLC has developed a unique snow plow that attaches to ordinary automobiles and allows users to plow driveway snow from the comfort of their vehicles.

Nordic Auto Plow has tested its plow on a variety of cars, including a BMW E30 3 Series. The results reveal that the Nordic Auto Plow can turn any car, including a sports car, into an auto plow that can remove up to eight inches of snow from driveways.

The Nordic Auto Plow’s patent pending design introduces a welcome alternative to snow removal that helps people who cannot physically shovel snow, who have a higher risk of heart attack, or who simply want an easier and faster way to clear their driveways.

The USA-made Nordic Auto Plow was designed by experienced product engineers and industrial designers to easily attach to all autos, SUVs, and light trucks. Weighing less than 50 lbs., it is readily moved into position and attached to the vehicle in just minutes.

“The idea for the Nordic Auto Plow came from watching people struggle with shovels and snow blowers in cold, wintry weather,” said CEO and founder Richard Behan.  “I believed there must be a better way to help people easily clear snow while staying warm and comfortable inside their vehicles – even if those vehicles are sports cars.  The Nordic Auto Plow is the perfect answer to this winter-weather dilemma,” said Behan.

The Nordic Auto Plow’s rounded blade is designed to glide over uneven surfaces, such as driveway cracks, minor grade variances, paver bricks and gravel, and the rounded plow blade design does not scrape or damage the driveway surface like a traditional metal plow. The blade is made from rugged ABS plastic and is designed for durability and repeated use.  It is also reversible, which further extends its life.
