New concept for washing cars

Car care product company Meguiar’s announced the introduction of Car Wash Plus+, which it says has special polishing agents to clean deeply and remove bugs and tar. At the same time, the company said, it will polish away light scuff marks and stains.

The product, which will be available early this year, also comes with what Meguiar’s called an “innovative application method” to save car owners time. “The super concentrated formula is applied directly to a wet wash mitt so that no bucket is required.”

To use the product, Meguiar’s said to “first rinse the car to remove any loose dirt and to cover the vehicle with water. Then, simply apply a ribbon of Car Wash Plus+ onto a wet wash mitt and start washing the wet vehicle one section at a time, starting from the top. As the wash mitt gets dirty, simply spray off the dirt, or rinse in a bucket, and apply a little more product to the wash mitt as needed.

The company added that while the product “is ideal for cleaning extremely dirty and neglected vehicles, it’s gentle enough to use as a regular wash.”
