Software maker Kukui has recognized the NAPA AutoCare banner program as a Certified Kukui Partner.
The program recognizes organizations that “go above and beyond” to raise the image of the industry and give back to the communities they serve.
Certified partners are also recommended to shops that use Kukui social media and customer management software.
In presenting the award to Jason Rainey, general manager of NAPA AutoCare at Genuine Parts Company Jimmy Lea said, “We thank you for your dedication to the industry, to the independent automotive repair industry, and your community involvement. We appreciate what you have done with the Intrepid Fallen Heros, and the recognition you give auto cares to help them bring their business forward, to move the industry, and move the needle. For that we recognize you as a Kukui certified partner.”
Raimey said, “Our industry is changing at a pace we’ve never experienced before and it’s only going to continue. The vehicles that our NAPA AutoCare Centers service today are completely different than what they worked on as little as five years ago. At an equally fast pace, technology is changing the way we engage with the consumer and their buying behavior patterns. Partnering with Kukui allows our NAPA AutoCare Centers real-time access to their customer base and measures their marketing and retention rates. We partnered with Kukui three years ago because of their known quality product and services, but it’s their people and customer service that makes our partnership so rewarding.“
