NAPA acquires Young Automotive Professionals

NAPA Canada has purchased Young Automotive Professionals in Port Colborne, Ont.

The business, founded by the Young brothers in 1966, has been owned for the last 30 years or so by partners Claudio Sceppacerqua and John Grandilli.

According to NAPA Ontario’s regional vice president Robert Duncan, “Young’s has a great reputation with automotive service providers along the shores of Lake Erie and in surrounding communities. We expect that adding NAPA’s many advantages and solutions will help expand growth in the areas serviced and provide new and needed business solutions to the current customer base.”

“Having one of the Niagara Region’s largest in-house parts inventory and providing rapid delivery were only part of Young’s success,” says NAPA general manager Tom Mondoux. “Young’s staff are the real key and they have earned a reputation for their knowledge and top-notch service. We are very pleased that the staff will be staying on with us and look forward to introducing them and their clients to the global strengths and business solutions that are available exclusively to members of the NAPA family.”
