Mister Transmission announces new leadership team

Joel Richardson, director of operations

Mister Transmission has announced its new corporate structure.

Tony Kuczynski, president and CEO of Mister Transmission (International), says the new team is “designed with the intention of providing stronger sales, operational, technical and marketing support in order to accommodate the needs of our franchisees and drive our future success.”

Senior members of the team are Joel Richardson as director of operations; Steve Lebrasseur as director of sales; Joe Pawlowski as senior business development manager, technical support; and Maria McGuckian as marketing and customer service manager.

“This new talent, along with the repositioning of current roles, will provide an enhanced level of functional support and expertise to our store network,” said Kuczynski.

As director of operations, Richardson will be focused on store operations and profitability among franchised and corporate stores. Richardson has over 15 years of store operations experience in the automotive industry.

Lebrasseur will focus on developing and implementing programs to increase store sales in the company’s three key channels: retail, fleet and wholesale.

Pawlowski, a licensed technician, has transitioned from regional business manager to his new role focusing on providing technical support to stores and hosting regular training workshops.

McGuckian is focused on managing traditional and digital marketing programs, as well as event management. She also works closely with franchisees to help maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Mister Transmission is Canada’s leading chain of transmission and technology experts, with more than 65 locations coast-to-coast.
