Midas rolls out tire guarantee

Midas launched a new Limited Lifetime Tire Guarantee program across all its franchise locations in Canada and the U.S., offering what it calls “B.S. Free” tire coverage for customers no matter where they travel.

The program provides free tire services — including flat repairs, rotations, alignment checks and rebalancing — for qualifying tires purchased at any Midas location, with coverage honoured even when a Midas shop isn’t nearby.

“At Midas, our commitment to customers has always come first, which is why we’ve launched the B.S. Free Tire Guarantee to provide coverage and ensure convenience and peace of mind, whether drivers are travelling for business or pleasure,” said Lenny Valentino, Jr., president and chief operating officer for Midas.

Billed as a customer-first offering, the program is designed to deliver consistent tire support across North America. Services included under the guarantee are:

• Free tire flat repairs or replacements
• Free tire rotations every 5,000 miles
• Free alignment checks
• Free rebalancing every 5,000 miles

“For nearly 70 years, Midas has provided drivers with total car care while travelling, and our goal is to educate customers on how our unwavering commitment applies no matter where they are in North America,” said Valentino.

The new program, the company said, reinforces Midas’ positioning as a one-stop shop for automotive care, and aims to distinguish the brand in a competitive tire and service market through its simplified warranty model.
