Johns is new regional director with NAPA

Martyn Johns has been named the regional director of NAPA AUTOPRO for the NAPA Auto Parts Ontario & Atlantic regions.

The move is effective March 1, the company said in an announcement. He will report to senior director of marketing and banners, John O’Dowd.

Johns has been the banners co-ordinator with NAPA in Ontario since August 2014. Before joining UAP inc, Johns was the publisher of Newcom Business Media and oversaw automotive properties, including the Canadian Technician and Canadian Car Owner publications. Newcom is the publisher of AutoServiceWorld.com, CARS and Jobber News.

The announcement also said that Johns has worked closely with the Automotive Industries Association of Canada for years.
