Natalee Best joins Wakefield Canada Inc as program and promotions manager for Castrol lubricants.
Best is now responsible for developing and coordinating business-to- business marketing activities for the Castrol brand and product line for both the consumer (automotive) and heavy duty (commercial) channels and customer base.
Her position includes working with Castrol retailers, distributors and professional installers.
Among her responsibilities, Best is responsible for pricing analysis as well as the development of signage and display elements.
Currently Wakefield’s Marketing department is researching and evaluating installer and jobber programs for the future.
Several consumer programs are also in development.
Best has a broad range of trade and retail marketing experience in the promotion of leading consumer brands including Visa and Schlage then with the Home Depot chain developing and implementing category management strategy in the lock sector.
Over her career, Best has completed a variety of professional training courses including project management certification, event management and Six Sigma training.
