Toyota Industries And Denso Establish Automotive A/C Compressor Manufacturing Company

Toyota Industries and Denso have established a new company, Yantai Shougang TD Automotive Compressor Co., Ltd.  in Yantai City, Shandong Province, People’s Republic of China, for the manufacture of automotive air-conditioning compressors in response to the growing Chinese automobile market. The new company commenced operations in December 2013 and expects to produce 2 million compressors in fiscal 2015 and 2.5 million compressors by 2017.
