The Expert Plus dealer loyalty program from Tenneco Inc. has been revised for 2011.
The Expert Plus program provides thousands of automotive service businesses with technician training rewards, consumer promotions, exclusive sales incentives, attractive point-of-sale merchandising and consumer education materials and other benefits.
“Interest in Expert Plus is at an all-time high as repair shop owners look for industry-leading promotions and other tools with which to grow their businesses,” said Sheryl Bomia, North American programs manager, Tenneco. “Expert Plus members recognize that the program helps drive bay traffic and sales of premium-quality ride control, brake and exhaust components.”
Among the times included in the 2011 Expert Plus point-of-sale kit are a Monroe Quick-Strut counter stool with back rest, a coupon book, a sign featuring the 80,000-kilometer ride control replacement recommendation, a ride control waiting room DVD, and an electronic catalogue CD.
Members of the 2011 Expert Plus program also can earn increased rewards for participating in custom online training and a Monroe “4 More” ride control training clinic. In addition, the program’s popular installer end-tab rewards have been increased for a broad range of Monroe ride control products.
