SKF/Chicago Rawhide has received two top Women’s Automotive Communications Awards for the company’s active promotion of vehicle maintenance.
The company received the awards at the Car Care Council’s Women’s Board Reception held during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week in Las Vegas, Nev.
"At SKF/CR, we take great pride in educating consumers about vehicle safety and maintenance," says Katie Noga, CR’s marketing communications and motorsports manager and a founding member of the Women’s Car Care Board. "As a leading supplier to the automotive aftermarket, SKF/CR will continue to support the efforts of both councils in promoting awareness of automotive care and preventive maintenance."
SKF/CR received an award in the Special Promotions and Promotional Events category for distributing Be Car Care Aware promotional materials at its NASCAR hospitality events. Also, SKF/CR accepted top honours in the Print Ad category for an advertisement featuring NASCAR driver Jeff Burton as well as the Be Car Care Aware and Right To Repair.
