SHOW REPORTS: Lots of Winners At UAP EXPO Sale

UAP’s annual Montreal Expo Sale featured lots of chances to win prizes, and lots of news too.

While UAP’s largest annual trade show certainly had a lot to offer installers, there were also some key changes present.

One of the more interesting developments was a strong heavy-duty division section. While most are familiar with UAP’s heavy duty involvement, it was perhaps the most visible emphasis on this segment of the organization’s business at a traditional automotive aftermarket show.

In addition, on the PBE side, the announcement of the supply agreement to the Carstar organization was hot off the presses.

On the product side, UAP personnel were anxious to talk about the new Pro Elite Silver Ag battery line. The long-life battery, to be released this month, uses silver alloy internal components and features a seven-year warranty, two-year free replacement, and two-year boost assistance program.
