The New VDO Short Style Racing Fuel Injector is another exclusive addition to the performance proven VDO Deka Fuel Injector line.
Introduced by Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket,  this new, one-of-a-kind, short style injector delivers fuel 80lb/hr at 43.5 PSI (3 BAR). It features a short body design that makes it ideal for applications on late model, high horsepower engines with tight manifold to fuel rail clearances.
The VDO Deka V 80lb/hr Short is also well suited for turbocharged and supercharged applications, and performs well at both low and high RPMs. Additionally, the injector does not exhibit many of the fuel handling problems commonly found with other high flow, high-impedance injectors. It is very controllable at low pulse widths and has excellent response characteristics, delivering the highest flow available in a short configuration high-impedance injector. The VDO Deka V 80lb/hr Short has a coil resistance of 12 Ohms and is compatible with most ECUs.
