Rugged Liner Spin-off Approved

The board of directors of Sports Resorts International, Inc. has approved the spin-off of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Rugged Liner, Inc.
Rugged Liner, which is intended to be publicly traded, will establish a manufacturing facility in the greater metropolitan area of Knoxville, Tenn., and will focus on the manufacture truck accessories including OEM bedliners, bed mats and hard tonneau covers. Current aftermarket operations of Rugged Liner will remain in Owosso, Mich.
When the spin-off of Rugged Liner is complete, shareholders of SPRI, on a date yet to be determined, will receive one share of stock in the new company for each share of SPRI stock held.
The company says it will engage appropriate financial advisors to complete this initiative.
