Gary O’Connor has been appointed to head up all customer facing responsibilities at Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group Canada.
The announcement was made by John R. Washbish, president CRM, Dana Automotive Aftermarket Group (DAAG).
In his new position as vice-president, CRM, DAAG Canada, O’Connor will assume all customer facing responsibilities including sales, marketing, and administrative support for all DAAG Canadian business.
According to the company, the announcement is part of a process for an improved infrastructure to provide the best products and people to serve the ongoing needs of Dana’s Canadian customer base. O’Connor will focus on creating a structure in the strategic areas of customer relations, market strategies, and business process development.
