New Software Solution from Activant

Activant Solutions Inc., a provider of business management solutions for the automotive aftermarket, has released a new version of its Activant Prism distribution management system. The new software Activant Prism 14.0 features a variety of new and enhanced tools designed to help increase productivity at the parts counter and in an array of common back-office tasks.
Activant Prism is designed to streamline operations for mid-size and single-location WDs and jobbers.
With more than 1,000 aftermarket installations, the system also delivers the added confidence business owners prefer when selecting a business management platform.
Another important enhancement to the Activant Prism software is an expanded range of IQ fields to aid in collecting and mining data for operational improvement.
The new software also includes an RF Returns function, permitting users to add new parts at the scan gun; and laser printer support for producing reports and other documents.
