New Fleet Management and Tracking Solution Released

Complete Innovations Inc., a provider of operational solutions for mobile workforce and transportation-related companies, has announced the availability of Fleet Complete 3.0, the latest version of the company’s flagship fleet and mobile resource operations management and tracking solution.

Through the company’s partnership with Garmin International Inc. Complete Innovations now offers its customers a way to improve communication between managers and their mobile workforce using free-form text and scripted messages delivered on GPS-enabled personal navigation devices.

The new releases uses Garmin’s Fleet Management Interface Tool Kit, which includes real-time navigation, two-way messaging, and job dispatch capabilities in addition to GPS navigation and turn-by-turn directions. Fleet Complete 3.0 enables fleet managers to communicate essential information to their drivers through a refined messaging process. Pre-scripted messages allow drivers and dispatchers to standardize questions and responses to increase the flow of communication, and improve safety through automated driver status.

Additional features include:

* Customizable Dashboards: Track the key performance indicators important to your fleet such as refrigerator temperature, time period, idle time, and number of deliveries.

* Traffic Overlay: Dispatchers can see up-to-date traffic delays and congestion on their maps, provided by Microsoft Bing.

* New Reports: Reports can be broken down by work schedule / personal time to reduce unauthorized use, and new POI reports allow you to see asset clustering and location history.

* Insightful Scheduling: Easy-to-use vehicle scheduling gives fleet managers a comprehensive view of vehicle mileage and vehicle usage.
