DIY diagnostic tool supplier Actron has released its latest catalogue.
The 40-page catalogue features detailed descriptions of Actron’s scan tools and code readers, which are designed with TrueLink Technology that guarantees the tool will link to and communicate with all OBD II (1996 and newer) compliant vehicles assuring the user of a fast and accurate diagnostic output.
Highlighted in the catalogue is Actron’s newest product, the CP9580 AutoScanner Plus with CodeConnect technology, which displays not just the trouble code, but also helps prioritize troubleshooting with the top reported fixes specific to the vehicle’s make, model, year and engine with the most probable solution to the problem. The scan tool also features ABS (Anti-Lock Breaking System) solutions.
“The AutoScanner Plus features more than 15,000 generic and manufacturer-specific code definitions and includes a USB Port to receive online updates for a long-lasting scan tool,” said Jennifer Grabowski, product manager, Actron.
Also featured in the catalogue is the Elite AutoScanner CP9185 – a trilingual OBD II enhanced and CAN scan tool with optional OBD I coverage that allows DIYers and technicians to read enhanced codes, graph engine data, record and playback stored vehicle information, and print information through a PC.
Actron product offerings also include additional scan tools and accessories, code scanners, multimeters, testers, battery testers, timing lights, circuit testers, starter switches, compression testers, mechanical testers, vacuum and brake bleed kits, radio and antenna removal kits and interior tools.
