He will lead the development of new sales and service initiatives, as well as ensure a continued strong bond with Mitchell’s current customer base in the Canadian market. “Tim’s experience in empowering effective sales teams and his in-depth knowledge of auto repair shop software and the collision repair and claims industry in Canada will be a valuable asset in his new role,” said Mike Jerry, vice president and general manager of Mitchell’s Canadian operations.
