KYB America LLC has named Gail McHugh as customer services manager. The announcement was made by Mike Howarth, KYB senior vice president. "Gail will be a great addition to KYB," said Howarth. "She has over 20 years experience in the automotive aftermarket and she also has tremendous success in the area of customer service. Her vast array of experiences should pay immediate benefits for KYB and most importantly, for our customers." Prior to assuming her position at KYB, McHugh served as Vehicle Service Market Customer Service Manager for Chicago Rawhide/SKF in Elgin, Ill. McHugh began her aftermarket career in 1985, holding a variety of positions for BWD Automotive/Dana until joining Chicago Rawhide in 2004. At BWD/Dana, McHugh started as Customer Service Manager, a position she held for 10 years. She also was an account executive for three years and served as Sales Operations Manager for five years. McHugh graduated from Western Illinois with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She also holds an MBA from DePaul University.
