Ingersoll Rand Launches New Industrial-Grade Impact Sockets

Ingersoll Rand has expanded its industrial-grade impact socket line to include 1½″, 2½″ and #5 spline drive impact sockets.
This extensive socket product line includes more than 1,000 individual impact sockets, impact socket sets and associated accessories. Drive sizes range from ¼” to 2 ½”, including #5 spline drive with SAE and metric output sizes up to 7 5/8″ or 200mm. The industrial-grade socket line includes both deep and standard lengths and universal impact sockets.
“We’ve continued to expand our socket offering over the years, and we are thrilled to introduce the new 1½″, 2½″ and #5 spline drive impact sockets,” says Chancelor Wyatt, global category manager, tool & MHD services for Ingersoll Rand. “Whether you’re working in a mine or refinery, or handling other large projects, Ingersoll Rand now offers large impact sockets for even the toughest industrial applications.”
Each impact socket is either laser-etched or roll-stamped, giving you the ability to see the size of the socket after hundreds of uses. Ingersoll Rand sockets are moulded from Chromoly steel for strength and durability. Backed by a lifetime warranty, each socket is sold separately.
