The Canadian Independent Auto Association (CIAA) is currently slated to hold a full-day Reflash training seminar in Red Deer, Alberta on February 21st in the automotive wing of Red Deer College. The day will feature three seminars including ‘From Scan Tools to Re-Flash’ by Ford Diagnostic Specialist Tom Simpson; ‘Tech 2 and OTC Genysis’ by Journeyman Automotive Technician Dave Dasereasu; and ‘Chrysler Tooling and Web Site Navigation’ by Chrysler Tooling Specialist Todd Huggard.
The seminar is designed to educate independent garages and service stations that are losing customers as a result of competing with dealerships for repair. These are taught by top instructors whose courses will focus on, among other things, improving customer satisfaction, how to increase car count, as well as how to increase employee retention through an increase in diagonstic knowledge and training.
The full day course is $395 per person. If you are enrolling additional techs from the same shop it was be $275 each. For CIAA member shops additional techs from the same shop are $175 each.
