Delphi Product & Service Solutions has announced that David C. Barbeau has been appointed general director, global sales & marketing, reporting to Francisco A. (Frank) Ordonez, president, Delphi Product & Service Solutions. He will also be a member of the division’s executive staff. Barbeau, currently marketing director for the division, succeeds Ted Thacker who has left Delphi to pursue other opportunities. Barbeau joined Delphi in 2002 as marketing director for DP&SS and will be globally responsible for the division’s sales and marketing, including product line and distribution strategy, original equipment service, business planning, and sales forecasting. Since joining Delphi, Barbeau has focused on the development of robust vehicle electronics product offerings to support Delphi’s total parts and service solution in the independent aftermarket.

KYB America LLC has appointed Brian White as its national accounts manager responsible for sales activities involving program groups as well as Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. He will also be responsible for new business development. The announcement was made by Mike Howarth, senior vice president. Prior to the appointment, White was KYB’s eastern regional sales manager and was responsible for managing KYB’s district managers and merchandising representatives in the eastern half of the U.S. He also helped develop new business and handled the development of sales programs for existing customers, as well as training clinics for customers and KYB employees.
