Norm Angrove has been appointed to the position of National Manager of the Canadian CertifiedFirst Network for PPG Canada.
The announcement was made by Lee Smith, director, Refinish, PPG Canada. In his new position, Angrove will assume overall responsibility of the Canadian CertifiedFirst Network of collision repair shops.
He will continue his role in forming strategic partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturers and represent PPG on a national level at industry events.
The CertifiedFirst Network is a performance based network of dealership and independently owned collision repair centers that have met high standards for performance and customer satisfaction, verified by independent third parties.
The Network has grown to include 137 shops, located in nine Provinces. With 1,800 shops participating, the CertifiedFirst Network is the largest of its kind in North America.
Angrove has an extensive background in the collision repair industry, including expertise in OEM parts marketing, automotive PBE distribution, collision center marketing programs, collision repair banner networks and collision center consolidation.

His office will be located at PPG Refinish headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.
