Alemite Announces New Management


Alemite, a leading worldwide provider of lubrication and fluid handling systems and equipment, has recently expanded its management team in the U.S.
Mike Rowe has been named chief financial officer. He comes to Alemite from Rauch Industries in Gastonia, N.C., where he was vice president of finance/CFO. Rowe has over 20 years of experience both in public accounting and as a chief financial officer. He is a CPA, Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA), Certified in Financial Management (CFM) and Accredited in Business Valuations (ABV). He also serves on the exam committee (BEC exam) for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Rowe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from N.C. State University and is currently completing the final requirements for his Master’s degree in Accounting from Appalachian State University.
Ray Niemczura, Sr., is Alemite’s new director of engineering. His responsibilities include the direction of new product development, sustaining engineering and manufacturing engineering. Niemczura has 27 years of experience with companies in the lubrication, pneumatic controls and mining industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of Engineering for an automatic lubrication equipment company. Niemczura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
