Airpro Acquires Superior Manufacturing

Airpro Mobile Air Conditioning has announced the purchase of Superior Manufacturing Corporation in Stockbridge, Georgia.
The assembly and distribution operations will remain in Stockbridge. Sales, purchasing and engineering will be handled from the Mesquite facility. The sale was effective Monday, May 23, 2005.
Airpro President, Arnie Gartman commented: “Superior has offered a high value range of products for a long time. Adding that to Airpro’s strengths makes us a better value to customers as we work to earn more business in a very competitive industry.”
Vice President/CFO, Victor Mullino added: “Once we have implemented our operating controls, we will have a chance to more fully evaluate the distribution potential for this site. We can reach a lot more customers with all the other things Airpro brings to the picture.”
