Aftermarket Leaders to Discuss Industry Trends at Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium


A foursome of distributor and retail leaders, including Canadian Tire, will share their thoughts on aftermarket industry trends on Wednesday, May 19, at the ninth annual Global Automotive Aftermarket Symposium (GAAS).
GAAS 2004 is set for Tuesday and Wednesday, May 18-19, at the Hyatt Regency, Chicago, Ill.
The panel will discuss ways the aftermarket can grow and become “leaner, faster, better” in the diverse global economy – the theme of GAAS 2004. Industry trend panelists are Larry Stevenson of Pep Boys; Mike Lambert of Parts Plus; Ken Walker of Meineke; and Mark Foote of Canadian Tire. Al Gaspar, president emeritus of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA), will moderate the panel discussion.
