The April 2 event, which kicked off with an evening network reception the night before, served as a crucial gathering point for industry leaders, fostering in-depth conversations surrounding the most pressing challenges and emerging trends shaping the automotive aftermarket. Macroeconomic factors such as the ongoing impact of tariffs and the overall economic outlook dominated a significant portion of the discussions, starting with the ever-popular Three Dragons panel discussion, featuring an expert from the financial, government and aftermarket industries.
The agenda covered off other key industry issues. Thought leaders and key stakeholders dedicated time to exploring the evolving landscape of customer engagement. Understanding and acting upon customer feedback was highlighted as a cornerstone of success in an increasingly competitive market. Furthermore, the rapid pace of digitization and its transformative potential across all facets of the aftermarket was a central theme. Discussions ranged from e-commerce strategies and data analytics to the implementation of digital tools for improved efficiency and customer experience.
The Moden Industry Expertise (MiX) Council focused on leadership across generations, with speakers emphasizing the need for adaptability, strategic thinking and fostering a skilled workforce.
