Fountain Tire Acquires Six Tirecraft Locations

Fountain Tire Ltd., headquartered in Edmonton, Alta., has recently acquired six Tirecraft stores, adding to its existing 132 locations across Western Canada.
The purchase of these stores follows a court decision to grant creditor protection to the Tirecraft Group on April 15th.
The company was then placed in receivership last month.
The stores acquired by Fountain Tire are in Calgary, Alta., Fort McMurray, Alta., Merritt, B.C., Olds, Alta., Strathmore, Alta., and Wainwright, Alta.
