Delo 400 LE SAE 15W-40 meets the requirements of new heavy-duty engines, protects older engines, and helps control the levels of exhaust emissions from diesel engines by maintaining the service intervals for exhaust after treatment systems. Delo 400 LE is backward-compatible and may be used in older, conventional engines, gasoline engines, and today’s most modern low emissions designs. It is the most advanced additive technology available to provide outstanding protection for engines with diesel particulate filters and is designed for compliance with 2007 EPA exhaust particulate emission standards for on-highway diesel trucks using Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel (USLD). It is formulated with ISOSYN technology, which rivals synthetics in critical engine tests, and an optimal blend of the latest technology in dispersant, detergent, oxidation inhibition, antiwear, corrosion inhibition, viscosity improver and defoaming additives. It is specifically designed to meet the demands of advanced technology low emission engines including Caterpillar ACERT.
