If you want to raise money for a good cause, and think a car wash is too boring, you could take a page from Dundas shop owner Bruce Eccles’ playbook.

He and his team invite you to destroy a car, more specifically, $5 to take three swings at a 2010 Kia with a sledgehammer.

Proceeds earned will go towards the new Margaret’s Place Hospice at St. Joseph’s Villa in Dundas, Ont.

It is all part of the launch for his new shop in Dundas and will take place Saturday July 6^th at 123 Hatt St from 10am to 3pm.
