Distribution Stox has acquired the distribution activities of Distribution C.P.P (Centre du Pneu Patry) located in Drummondville, Que.
Distribution C.P.P mainly distributes tires for automobiles and SUVs in Drummondville and Victoriaville.
According to Bruno Leclair, president and CEO of Boucherville, Que.-based Distribution Stox, these activities will be integrated within Distribution Stox.
“We will continue to offer an excellent service to new and current customers,” Leclair said. “Customers from Distribution C.P.P will take advantage from a large inventory of products and Distribution Stox, with a strong network of 18 distribution centres across the province of Quebec, is committed to offer the best quality of service.”
Combining over 150 years of corporate experience and knowledge, he said the company’s growth is integrated into its business activities.
Distribution Stox is mainly present on the Eastern Canadian territory and plans to expand and increase visibility from coast to coast.
