Delphi Names New Board of Managers

Delphi Automotive LLP, a leading global supplier of electronics and technologies for autos, commercial and other vehicles, announced the appointment of a new Board of Managers.
The board will be chaired by John A. (Jack) Krol, former chairman of DuPont and lead director for Tyco International Ltd. Other board members include Gary L. Cowger, group vice president of global manufacturing and labour relations for General Motor; Rajiv L. Gupta, former chairman and chief executive officer of Rohm and Haas Company; J. Randall MacDonald, senior vice president, human resources at IBM; Sean O. Mahoney, a private investor with over two decades of experience in investment banking and finance; Michael McNamara, chief executive officer of Flextronics International Ltd.; and Lawrence A. Zimmerman, vice chairman and chief financial officer of Xerox Corporation.
“We are pleased that these talented, highly respected leaders will guide Delphi on our journey as a new company,” said Rodney O’Neal, Delphi president and chief executive officer. “Their experience, business acumen, and high ethical standards can help us build from Delphi’s already strong technology and worldwide customer base.”
