PPG APPOINTS JEAN-GUY ROSA DIRECTOR, REFINISH CANADA

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – July 6, 2010 – Jean-Guy Rosa has been named Director, Refinish Canada for PPG Canada, Inc. The announcement was made by Gregory Benckart, general manager, Automotive Refinish, North America. Rosa assumed the position July 1, 2010 after serving as interim director since December 2009.

Rosa joined PPG in 1992 and has held positions of increased responsibilities within training, value-added services and most recently as regional manager for Quebec and the Atlantic Region of Canada. His track record of delivering results in his multiple roles for the Canadian refinish business made him the leading candidate for Director.

His experience at all level of the automotive refinish supply chain, including: owner/operator of a body shop, manager of a large jobber operation, in addition to his experience with PPG have prepared Rosa to successfully lead the Canadian team.
