Pirelli expands North American operations

Pirelli Tire North America will expand its sales and marketing operations with a new office in New York City to complement its North American headquarters in Rome, Georgia.  The expansion will assist the company’s aggressive sales growth and will only involve the outward facing parts of the sales and marketing departments. 

“The expansion in New York City will improve our access to key partners in the financial, fashion, and advertising sectors and will allow us to better serve our largest tire markets, including our operations in Canada,” said Mauro Pessi, president and CEO of PTNA. “Our North American Tire Headquarters will remain in Rome, as it is the focus and keystone of our tire business.” 

Pirelli Tire North America designs, develops, manufactures and markets tires for passenger vehicles in both the original equipment and replacement markets as well as markets and distributes tires for motorcycles and motorsports.
